This menu items deletes the currently selected keywords. These keywords are not permanently deleted, they just have their Tag value set to Delete, and are invisible.
To make them visible, click the Filter Keywords... button or menu item and uncheck the Delete item in the Tags section. To undelete them, select keywords that have the Delete tag, and then click the Delete/UnDelete Keywords button or menu item.
