 These include:

  • theme relevance (TR column) - used for finding closely related keywords and is used when building tightly themed webpages or PPC campaigns.
  • phrase match average click through rate (PhCTR column) - used to evaluate the average performance of this keyword in phrase match PPC campaigns.
  • exact match average click through rate (ExCTR column) - used to evaluate the average performance of this keyword in exact match PPC campaigns.
  • keyword market value (KMV column) - estimates the value of this keyword in an organic search market by estimating how much an equivalent PPC campaign would cost.
  • keyword market value over competing sites (KMV/R column) - measures the value of this keyword divided by how many webpages are competing for this keyword. This is a very good measure for estimating how effective this keyword will be.
